Valid for new families at certain locations only. Valid on the Healthy Kids After School Program for the month of June 2023 on the days the program is in session. If the program is held in a school building, only children enrolled in that school may win. Registration fees will be waived. Lunch and transportation are not provided by Healthy Kids. A complete registration is required. Extended-day options are not included but are available for an extra fee at certain locations Limit one per family.
