PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Tuition will be due in full by June 15th.
Monthly payment plans are available by request only if you are signing up for more than two weeks. A $50 deposit per session will be required if setting up a payment plan.

Additional Fees
A 2.9% processing fee will be applied to credit/debit card transactions. Link a checking account and avoid the processing fee!
DISCOUNTS & TUITION ASSISTANCE
Sibling Discount
A 10% sibling discount will be applied to tuition.

Early Payment Discount
Pay your tuition in full by June 1st and receive a 10% discount. Please reach out to registration@healthykidsprograms.com so we can apply your discount.

Tuition Assistance
We are now offering up to 4 weeks of FREE CHILDCARE while you apply for childcare tuition assistance through New York State's Childcare Assistance Program. Learn more.
REFUND POLICY
Our Summer Camp cancellation policy recognizes our investment in our staff, program planning, and purchase of supplies before each session begins. Late cancellations often prevent families on the waiting list from being able to enroll. Therefore, we require you to reach out by June 15th to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given after June 15th.
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

FULL DAY PROGRAM
August 12th-August 23rd
9am-4pm
$210 per week
REGISTRATION FEE
Currently enrolled families: no registration fee
New families:
Register before May 31st: $10
Register before June 30th: $25
Register after July 1st: $50
Registration fees are per child with a max of two children.
