Registration Fee for the 2024-25 School Year:

This program requires a non-refundable registration fee

Sibling Discount:

We offer a 10% sibling discount per child on tuition only.

Additional Fees:

3% + $0.30 Monthly Processing Fee for credit/debit cards

$10 Change in Schedule Fee

Payment Due Date:

Payments are due on the 15th of each month for the following month's tuition (i.e. August 15th for the month of September) and are based on a full-year price that takes into consideration Holidays, school breaks and no school days. If your child's start date is mid-billing cycle, tuition will be prorated based on their first day of the program.

Before School Program 7:00am drop off
4/5 Days per week: $224 per month
2/3 Days per week: $170 per month
1 Day per week: $104 per month
Drop-In: $24 per day

How soon can my child start the program?

Your child can attend our program as early as 48 hours after you complete the online enrollment process. In some cases, we can approve a start date sooner. Please call 845-330-0200 for more information.

Do you provide snacks?

We ask that families send in a healthy afternoon snack if your child is enrolled in the After School Program. Each program has emergency snacks in case someone forgets and may provide snacks in celebration or during certain parts of the curriculum.

Do you provide transportation?

If your child is attending a program outside of their school, please contact the school district's transportation department to coordinate bussing to/from their school to/from our program location prior to starting the program. Please then notify us of the bus route number and arrival/departure time so we can pass along to the staff at that location. Without this information, we are unable to confirm enrollment.

How can I modify my child's schedule?

Please send schedule change requests to registration@healthykidsprograms.com and include your child's name, the schedule change, and when you would like it to go into effect. We do require two week's notice for schedule changes in order to adjust your billing.

Healthy Kids is proud to work hand in hand with multiple outlets that offer childcare assistance and subsidies for families who need them including the Childcare Tuition Assistance Program through the Department of Social Services and Childcare Aware.

We are now offering up to 4 weeks of FREE CHILDCARE while you apply for childcare tuition assistance through New York State's Childcare Assistance Program.
