Meet Our Team

Annie is the Registration Director for all of Healthy Kids Programs. She has been working with Healthy Kids for about a year and a half and previously worked for 7 years in early childhood and childcare. She is currently pursuing a degree in Social Services.

In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and their two dachshunds- Walter and Dexter

Annie Benteley

RaeAnne supervises and manages a team of 7 Regional Directors who supervise all of the before and after school programs in different regions across New York State. 

RaeAnne has spent her entire career working with children and joined the Healthy Kids Organization in 2012 and began the management portion of her career starting with a Site Director position then Regional Director. Now Raeanne is the Executive Director of the 80-site Healthy Kids Before/After School Program organization.

"I love and completely enjoy working with children. I also love working with people that love working with children. This career allows me the opportunity to provide the children in our program a safe, fun, loving and amazing experience each and every day.

Spending time in the programs and seeing the children engaged and having fun is probably the best part of my job. I also really enjoy the amazing staff members we have in all of our programs. It really makes me proud to be able to provide an affordable, high quality childcare program for working parents."

In her free time, RaeAnne enjoys spending time with her family. 

RaeAnne Nocera
Executive Director of School Age Programs

Cynthia is the Finger Lakes Regional Director as well as the Kendall site Director for Healthy Kids. Cynthia has been in child care for 8 years and has worked in every age group from infants to school age. She has been an assistant teacher, a lead teacher, a Director and now a Regional Director for Healthy Kids.

Over the years she has received an Associate's degree in Human Services, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Education with a focus on School Counseling and is a licensed k-12 Counselor.

She lives in Brockport with her Finacé and a roommate, she has a pet cat and a pet rabbit. In her free time she likes taking walks and exploring the woods, and has recently discovered a love of hammock camping. She also likes to play board games and video games with her friends and family. 

Cynthia Hansen
Regional Director Finger Lakes Region

Kyle Giocomo joined the Healthy Kids team in 2021. From teaching English in Japan to directing after school and summer programs in San Francisco, he has worked in the Youth Development field for over 15 years.

"I believe that quality after school programs are an essential part of youth education and healthy families."

He holds a Master of Arts degree in English with a concentration of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

In his down time he can often be found hiking mountain trails or exploring waterways in his kayak.

Joany started out as an assistant with Before and After school at Healthy Kids in 2018. She moved up the different positions to Regional Director.

"I have a passion for working with kids, I grew up in a big family and babysat a lot! I am excited to expand in our area and can't wait for all the potential I see to come alive."   

Joany loves to craft, read, and listen to music, and just about anything outside and volunteers for many community organizations. She has 4 daughters ages 19, 17, 15, 9 who keep her busy and has been with her best friend/husband for 13 years.

Regional Director Western New York Region

Sophie is from Ithaca, NY right off of Cayuga Lake of the Finger Lakes Region. She has been with Healthy Kids since March 2021.

"I am SO excited to be working with children in this capacity and making a difference in the lives of the communities around us."

In her spare time, Sophie likes to hike with her dog and spend time with the people she loves. She also loves to make all sorts of art such as sculpture, stained glass and embroidery.

 "I consider the growth and success of our programs and the strong relationships that have been developed in these districts to be among my greatest accomplishments. I love the versatility of my job – from working with staff, parents and school administrators and principals to visiting, interacting and socializing with the children in our programs. Providing a safe and nurturing environment, and creating a special bond with the children in our care, brings me tremendous joy!"

In her spare time, Adele enjoys various kinds of social dancing, boxing and travelling, as well as spending time with family and friends
