We proudly partner with Pennslyvania State's child care assistance program to help make our services more affordable to families. Whether your child is just starting out or needs care during the school year or summer, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Is My Family Eligible?
Check the requirements below to see if you qualify
Eligibility Requirements

✓ You must live in Pennsylvania
✓ Have a child or children who need child care while you work or attend an education program
​
✓ Parents must be working, looking for work, attending employment training, or participating in an education program (high school, college, or vocational school)
​
✓The family's household income must meet current requirements
​​
✓ Work 20 or more hours a week, OR work 10 hours and go to school or train for 10 hours a week, or have a promise of a job that will start within 30 days of your application for subsidized child care
​
✓ The child who needs care must be a citizen of the United States or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residency
Eligibility is redetermined every 12 months and families must recertify annually.

What Documentation Do I Need?
Gather these documents before you apply
Proof of Identification & Household Composition
You must submit proof of identification for each parent or caretaker in the home

Photo ID for parent/guardian (driver's license, state ID, passport)

Birth certificates for children

Social Security numbers(if available)

Custody or guardianship documents (if applicable)
Proof of Income (Required)
​Examples may include: pay stubs, letter from employer including rate of pay and hours worked, tax records, child support or social security benefits
Proof of Work, School, or Training (Activity Requirement)
Examples may include: work schedule, school or training records, or statement from school or training program
Proof of Pennsylvania Residency
Examples may include: lease or rental agreement, utility bill (electric, gas, water), official mail with name and address or drivers license/ state ID (if current address is listed)
Child Care provider Information
Families must provide: provider name and program, location of care and chedule (days/hours needed)
Additional documentation (if applicable)
Depending on family situation:

School enrollment verification for older children
Accepted document types include: PDF, DOC/DOCX, JPEG, or PNG
Certain documents may fulfill more than one requirement.
