Healthy Kids Makes the Inc. 5000 for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Healthy Kids Programs is proud to announce that we have once again been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies—marking our fourth consecutive year receiving this national recognition.

The Inc. 5000 recognizes the fastest-growing independent businesses in the country based on three years of revenue growth.

Earning a place on the list once is an incredible accomplishment. Being recognized four years in a row represents something even more meaningful to us: sustained growth while continuing to stay focused on why Healthy Kids exists in the first place.

What Growth Means at Healthy Kids

Every new Healthy Kids program represents much more than another location on a map. It means another school has a partner it can count on, another parent has dependable childcare that makes it possible to work and support their family, and more children have a place where they can build friendships, explore new interests, grow their confidence, and simply be kids.

As Healthy Kids has expanded into more communities, our programs have grown alongside the changing needs of families and schools. Today, we provide Before School, After School, Schools Out, Summer Camp, Early Learning, Pre-K, and Extended Day programs designed to help fill the gaps that families experience before, during, and after the school day.

That growth has allowed us to reach more families, support more schools, create more jobs, and expand access to childcare in communities across the country. Those are the numbers behind the numbers and the reason this recognition means so much to us.

Growth With Purpose

As a Certified Benefit Corporation, Healthy Kids believes growth and impact should go hand in hand. Our mission is to create places where children thrive, families flourish, staff find inspiration, and communities benefit, and that mission continues to guide the decisions we make as we grow.

One of the clearest examples of that commitment is our 100% employer-paid childcare benefit for Healthy Kids employees. Eligible team members can enroll their children in Healthy Kids programs during their working hours with the cost of care covered by Healthy Kids. For an organization built around supporting working families, we believe that support should start with our own.

Childcare is one of the biggest challenges facing working parents today. By investing in employer-paid childcare, we’re working to remove one of those barriers for our team members while creating opportunities for parents and caregivers to build careers, support their families, and do meaningful work without having to choose between the two.
