How to Book Drop-In Care

Healthy Kids offers Drop-In Care for families who need flexible support without the full-time commitment.

How to Book: 

1. Log into the Playground Parent Portal 

2. Select your "View Child’s Profile" then "Schedule"

3. Choose “Book drop in care” 

4. Pick your date and time (Before School, After School, or Camp) 

5. Complete payment to confirm 

   
   

   

   

   
   

Timing Requirements

❗️We offer same-day drop-in care at most locations. We suggest reaching out to confirm if your location is participating.

• Before School / Summer Camp: Book at least 1/2 hour in advance 

• After School: Book at least 3 hours in advance 

  
  

As long as space is available, your request will be automatically approved. 

Payment & Subsidy Info

Payment is required at booking via card or bank transfer 

Subsidy Families:

• Do not use the Playground request feature 

• Instead, email registration@healthykidsprograms.com or call us at 845-330-0200 

• We’ll manually add your drop-in and apply the correct parent share 

  
  

Reminders

• Drop-ins are only available to fully registered families 

• Space is first-come, first-served 

• No refunds for missed drop-ins 

• Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once care is booked.
