Completing Paperwork in Playground

As part of our registration process, all required paperwork must be completed through Playground before your child can start our program. Playground makes it easy for families to submit, edit, and manage documentation directly from the app or website.


Types of Paperwork

There are four categories of paperwork in Playground:

  • Fillable PDFs — Documents uploaded by our team that you complete and submit

  • File Requests — Files (like health records or care plans) that you upload from your device

  • Forms — Digital questionnaires or consent forms to be filled out

  • Resources — Informational documents you can view anytime


Accessing Paperwork on Mobile

  1. Log into the Playground app

  2. Tap the menu (three lines at the top left) > Paperwork

  3. Select your child’s name or tap "All" to view paperwork for multiple students

  4. Tap any item to complete, upload, or view


Completing Documents:

  • Fillable PDFs: Choose "Complete Document" or "Send Myself Link" to open and submit

  • File Requests: Upload an image or file from your device

  • Forms: Tap and fill out answers, then tap Submit


Accessing Paperwork on the Web

  1. Log in at app.tryplayground.com using Chrome or Safari

  2. Click the Paperwork tab on the left

  3. Select Forms, File Requests, Fillable PDFs, or Resources

  4. Click Fill Out, View, or Upload to complete tasks


Replacing Paperwork

You can make updates to most paperwork, except for the enrollment form:

  1. On mobile, tap the document and select "Complete Document" to edit

  2. On web, use the Resubmit option for PDFs and forms, or Reupload for file requests


Expired Paperwork

State licensing guidelines require that certain paperwork be updated each year. In Playground, any expired document or form will be clearly marked. If you see an item marked as expired, you’ll need to complete a new version and upload it to your account.


Tips for Success

  • Required fields are marked with red boxes or asterisks

  • Look for the "Incomplete" tag to track outstanding items

  • For multiple children, toggle between profiles to manage each child's paperwork


Reminder About Registration

Your child’s enrollment will remain on hold until all required paperwork is submitted and reviewed. Be sure to complete all documents promptly after registration. Our team will notify you if anything is missing.
