How to Register

Step 1: Visit Our Website

Go to www.healthykidsprograms.com and click on “Locations” at the top of the page.

Step 2: Find Your Location

From the dropdown menu, choose your child’s school or desired location. Then click the link to visit your location’s dedicated page.

There, you’ll find:

• Available program options (Before/After School, Summer, Schools Out, etc.)

• Tuition rates

• Hours of operation

Step 3: Register

Once you're ready, click the “Register” button. You’ll be prompted to either create or log into your Playground account. To learn more about what is Playground and how to use it, check out https://help.tryplayground.com/en/collections/2966039-for-families

Step 4: Complete the Enrollment Form

Fill out the enrollment form for your child.

Be sure to:

• Provide accurate contact and emergency information

• Enter a discount code if you have one!

• Pay the registration fee (if applicable)

Step 5: Submit Additional Paperwork

After you submit your enrollment form, our team will review your application within 48 business hours.

If any additional paperwork is required—based on your child’s needs or the program type—it will be shared with you in your Playground Parent Portal. All required forms must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to your child's start date. If forms are not completed in time, your child will not be able to attend.

1. Log into your Playground Parent Portal

2. Go to the “Paperwork” section

3. Fill out and submit all required forms in full

📌 All paperwork must be submitted before your child can start.

📌 For children with Special Health Needs, Allergies, Emergency Medication and/or an IEP/504 Plan, additional paperwork will be required so our team is fully prepared to best support them. Some of these forms will need to be completed by a physician.

📌 As a state-licensed child care provider, we are required to follow strict health and safety regulations. This means we cannot accept alternative forms or unofficial documentation.

Step 6: Receive Your Confirmation

Once everything is reviewed by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

• Your child’s official start date

• Drop-off and pick-up instructions

• Your first invoice details

• Program Contact Information
