Quick Questions

How long does enrollment take?

Registration takes about 5-10 minutes. After submitting, you’ll complete a few additional required forms to finalize enrollment.

When can my child start?

In most cases, children can begin within 24–48 hours after registration and all required forms are completed.

Can I change my schedule later?

Yes—families can request schedule changes based on availability. Our flexible options are designed to fit your needs.

Before School Program Pricing

2025-26 School Year

7:00am drop off

4/5 Days per week: $188 per month

2/3 Days per week: $141 per month

1 Day per week: $91 per month

Drop-In: $20 per day

Sibling Discount:

We offer a 10% sibling discount per child on tuition

Additional Fees:

3% + $0.30 Monthly Processing Fee for credit/debit cards

Payment Due Date:

Payments are due on the 15th of each month for the following month's tuition (i.e. August 15th for the month of September) and are based on a full-year price that takes into consideration Holidays, school breaks and no school days. If your child's start date is mid-billing cycle, tuition will be prorated based on their first day of the program.

NEW Refund Policy:

Healthy Kids follows a prepaid, non-refundable tuition model to maintain financial stability and quality programming. Once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of attendance or schedule changes. To make schedule adjustments or disenroll, future payments will be halted upon receiving a written request.

NEW Same-Day Drop In Program:

Same-Day Drop-In Care gives you the flexibility to request care with just a few hours’ notice. It’s designed to make your day a little easier—without needing a full-time commitment. You can now book Before School with 1/2 hour’s notice and After School with 3 hours’ notice. Simply select the drop-in program when registering. Once your registration is confirmed, you can use the parent portal to request care. Requests will be automaitcally approved if there is availability. Payment is needed to book care and approved dates cannot be refunded.

After School Program Pricing

4/5 Days per week: $247 per month

2/3 Days per week: $187 per month

1 Day per week: $117 per month

Drop-In: $26 per day

Need flexible care? Our drop-in program is made for families with busy, changing schedules. Just select "Drop-In" during registration. After you're confirmed, you can easily request care dates through the parent portal—up to a month ahead or just 48 hours before! Once your date is approved, your child will be added to the schedule and you'll be invoiced. Approved dates are non-refundable.

2026 Summer Camp Pricing

Weekly Tuition

Monday–Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm: $275 per week

Drop-In Care

8 hours: $64 per day

Discounts:

Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child enrolled receive a 10% sibling discount per child.

Local Hero Discount: School faculty and first responders or military families receive a 10% discount

Early Payment Discount: Families who pay their full summer camp tuition balance by June 1st are eligible for a 10% discount.

Additional Fees:

3% + $0.30 Processing Transaction Fee for credit/debit cards. An option to link ACH accounts to avoid processing fees is available.

Payment Due Date:

Tuition is due in full by June 15, 2026. For registrations completed after June 15, payment in full is required at the time of enrollment confirmation. Tuition is based on enrollment and staffing commitments, and no credits or adjustments will be issued for absences due to illness, holidays, family vacations, or changes in work schedules.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Registration Team by June 15, 2026, to be eligible for a refund. Registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests made after this date will not be honored due to prior investments in staffing, programming, and supplies.
