For over 17 years, we’ve partnered with schools across the country to provide enriching, safe, and affordable before and after school care—and we’re honored to now support families in the Birmingham City School District.

Quick Questions

How long does enrollment take?

Registration takes about 5-10 minutes. After submitting, you’ll complete a few additional required forms to finalize enrollment.

When can my child start?

In most cases, children can begin within 24–48 hours after registration and all required forms are completed.

Can I change my schedule later?

Yes—families can request schedule changes based on availability. Our flexible options are designed to fit your needs.

Pricing & Payments

After School Program Pricing

$55 a week for the first child

$35 for the second child

$25 for each additional child

Additional Fees:

3% + $0.30 Processing Transaction Fee for credit/debit cards. An option to link ACH accounts to avoid processing fees is available.

Payment Due Date:

Payments are due on Wednesdays each week for the following week's tuition and are based on a full-year price that takes into consideration Holidays, school breaks and no school days.

Refund Policy:

We operate on a prepaid, non-refundable tuition model to help us provide consistent staffing and high-quality programs for all families. Once processed, tuition payments are non-refundable, even if schedules change or attendance varies, with limited exceptions for families approved for subsidy.

We know that paying for childcare can be overwhelming—and we’re here to help. From seasonal discounts to financial assistance, learn how you can save and even start the program with no out-of-pocket tuition costs.

2026 Summer Camp Program Pricing

$55 a week

Sibling Discount:

We offer a 10% sibling discount per child on tuition.
