How to Change Your Method of Payment

Need to update your card or switch to a bank account? It’s easy and secure through your Playground Parent Portal, accessible via mobile or web.
On the Playground Mobile App:
Open the Playground app and sign in.
Tap the ☰ Menu (top-left) and select Billing.
Tap Payment Methods.
Press the ➕ (Add) button.
Choose Bank to link an account using secure Stripe verification, or select Credit/Debit Card.
Follow the prompts to:
Instantly connect your bank via login (or manually add routing/account numbers and verify with micro-deposits), or
Enter your card details.
Tap Done when completed.
To remove a card or bank account, tap the three dots ☰ next to the method and select Remove.
✅ Tip: Keep at least one payment method on file to avoid payment interruptions.
On the Web Dashboard:
Visit app.tryplayground.com and log in.
Click Billing in the left-hand menu.
Under Payment Methods, click Add payment method.
Choose Bank Account (via login or manual with micro-deposits) or Credit Card.
Enter the required information and click Add payment method.
To remove an existing method, click the three dots ⋮ next to it and choose Remove.
Why Link a Bank Account?
Avoid credit/debit card fees
Ideal for families paying larger bills regularly
Important Notes:
Playground does not allow registration fees to be paid via ACH—only cards are accepted for that step.
You're required to keep a valid payment method on file—removing the last one may delay billing.
Failed or removed payment methods may pause auto-pay or lead to invoicing interruptions.
