How to Pay Your Tuition

Paying your tuition with Healthy Kids is simple and secure using the Playground Parent Portal. Below is everything you need to know to stay on top of your payments and keep your child’s enrollment up to date.

Registration Fee

When registering, your registration fee must be paid using a credit or debit card. This is a required step to complete your child’s enrollment.

💡 Note: Playground does not allow registration fees to be paid by ACH (bank account) at this time.

Paying Your Tuition via Playground

All ongoing tuition must be paid directly through your Playground Parent Portal.

• Tuition is automatically charged on the 15th of each month (for most programs) or on a weekly basis for some locations.

• Invoices are sent 3 days prior to the payment due date so you can review the charges in advance.

• You can view your invoices, billing history, and linked payment method anytime in your Playground dashboard.

  
  

📌 If your child is starting mid-billing cycle, your first invoice will not be automatically withdrawn. You will need to log in and manually pay this prorated amount.

How to Access Billing & Make a Payment (Step-by-Step)

Here’s how to access your balance and pay, whether on desktop or mobile:

On Mobile App

1. Open Playground app (iOS/Android) and sign in.

2. Tap the ☰ menu in the top-left corner and select Billing.

3. You’ll see your Current Balance at the top and Past Statements below, accessed via the “Statements” tab.

4. If you have a balance due, tap the Pay Now button under “Current Balance”.

5. Enter the amount you'd like to pay (you can split payment across siblings, if needed).

6. Select your preferred payment method (card or bank account).

7. Tap Review Payment, verify details, then press Pay.

8. You’ll see a confirmation message—tap Home to exit.

   
   

On Web Dashboard

1. Log in at app.tryplayground.com.

2. Click the Billing tab in the left-hand menu.

3. View your Current Balance and click Make Payment beside it.

4. A “Create a New Payment” window appears—select your payment method, enter the amount, and view any fees.

5. Click Charge to process payment.

6. You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation when payment completes.

   
   

Split Payments

Want to split payment between multiple children or family members?

• Simply enter different amounts per child in the mobile or web payment screen. Playground lets you split transactions across siblings.
