At Healthy Kids, we believe in offering simple, consistent tuition that makes budgeting easier for families while ensuring high-quality care year-round.

Here’s how our Before & After School pricing works:

Full-Year Tuition, Monthly Billing

Your annual tuition is based on the total number of scheduled school days in your district.
This full-year amount is divided into 10 equal monthly payments
This approach ensures your tuition stays the same each month—even if there are school breaks, closures, or holidays.

💡Example: If your district has 180 school days and your child's monthly tuition is $300, that rate stays consistent whether there are 15 or 22 school days that month.

What’s Included in Your Tuition

Daily care during scheduled school days (before and/or after school)
Full supervision and licensed program operations
Activities, crafts, enrichment, and homework help
Trained and caring program staff

What’s Not Included

Schools Out Days (non-school days like holidays or teacher conference days)
Drop-In Care requests
Half-Days, Early Dismissals, or Delayed Starts (unless specified in your program’s coverage)

Schedule Changes or Withdrawals

If you need to adjust your care schedule or withdraw, requests must be submitted in writing
Once processed, future payments will be halted, but previously paid tuition is non-refundable. See: No Refund Policy Explained
