No Refund Policy Explained

At Healthy Kids, we follow a prepaid, non-refundable tuition model to ensure we can deliver consistent, high-quality care to all families.
Here’s what that means and why it matters:
Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
Your tuition secures:
Staffing commitments (based on enrollment)
Materials and supplies ordered in advance
Facility space that we reserve on your behalf
Ongoing licensing, insurance, and administrative overhead
Because we plan and staff our programs based on expected attendance, payments are non-refundable, even if your child does not attend on scheduled days.
Absences, Missed Days, or Schedule Changes
We understand that family schedules sometimes change. However:
Missed days (due to illness, vacation, etc.) are not refundable or credited
Same-day absences cannot be applied toward future weeks
We do not offer make-up days or exchanges
Making Changes or Disenrolling?
If you need to adjust your schedule or withdraw from a program:
Please submit a written request to our Registration Team with your child's name and desired change (e.g., withdraw from the program or change from 5 days to 3 days/week)
Once your request is processed, future payments will be halted—but previously paid tuition will not be refunded
Example 1: Disenrolling After a Payment
Tuition is due on September 15 for October care. If you reach out on September 20 to disenroll, the October tuition has already been paid and cannot be refunded. Your child can still attend for October, but your enrollment will end at the close of that month.
Example 2: Schedule Change Before the 15th
If you reach out on August 10 to change your child’s schedule for September, your request will be processed in time, and your September tuition will reflect the updated schedule.
For Summer Camp
All tuition is due by June 15 (or the Monday before your child’s first day, if enrolling late). Because staffing and supplies are finalized in advance:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of attendance
Additional Charges That Are Non-Refundable:
Registration fees
Late fees or failed payment charges
Drop-in or School’s Out Day bookings
