Playground is our all-in-one childcare management platform that is used for everything from registration to billing to communication.... and much more!
How to Log Into Playground
Upon registration, you will be prompted to create a Playground account. To access your Playground parent account after submitting your registration form:
Visit https://app.tryplayground.com on your browser or download the Playground mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
Use the email associated with your child’s registration.
Enter your password or follow the password reset prompts if you're logging in for the first time.
If you did not receive a login invitation, please contact our Registration Team for help.
Navigating Your Playground Dashboard
Once you're logged in:
The homepage will show your child’s upcoming schedule, daily activities, and program updates.
Use the side navigation (desktop) or hamburger menu (mobile) to access:
Paperwork
Billing & Payments
Messaging
Student Profiles
Absence Reporting
Tap on your child’s name or profile picture to view their individual dashboard.
How to Update Contact Info or Emergency Details
To update parent or guardian information:
Log in to the Playground mobile app.
Tap the menu (☰) in the top left corner.
Select Settings > Profile.
Tap on your name to update your phone number, email, or address.
Tap on your child’s name to update or add:
Emergency contacts
Authorized pickup persons
❗️Always save your changes before exiting.
💡If a guardian is changed from Primary Guardian to another permission type, they will lose certain features. To see more about the different permission types in Playground, click here.
Where to Find Paperwork, Invoices, and Schedules
All essential documents and payment information are available directly through Playground:
Paperwork: Tap ☰ > Paperwork to complete or upload any required forms. See our full step-by-step article on paperwork.
Invoices: Tap ☰ > Billing to view upcoming and past-due invoices. You can also make payments here. See our full step-by-step article on how to make a payment.
Schedule: View your child’s assigned care schedule by tapping on their profile or navigating to the calendar icon. See our full step-by-step article on how to book drop-in care.
Messaging Staff & Viewing Announcements
Stay connected through the Playground app:
Tap Messages to send or read messages with your Site Director or staff.
Visit your Feed to see daily updates, announcements, and check-in/check-out logs.
Enable push notifications so you never miss an important update!

Use the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the Playground site or app for 24/7 technical support.
